With the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Whip, Little Boots and VV Brown all playing at the Camden Crawl this weekend, we couldn't wait to get down there. This was a fun filled rampage across 30 venues, where you could soak up the sounds of over 150 up-and-coming acts! No, we didn't make it to all of the gigs but we gave it a pretty damn good try!

Steeped in musical history, Camden's the perfect place to hold a mini music festival – there's loads of facts in the programme including Charlie Chaplin who played at KOKO in the early 1900s when it was called the Camden Theatre, Madonna played her first ever UK show there in 1983 when it was the Camden Palace and Johnny Rotten, The Clash and The Stranglers were all once seen in a brawl outside what is now known as Lock 17!

What we loved was that there was every kind of 'street style' walking up & down Camden high street! And if you did the crawl, make sure you download your free track compilation!
