We've had our eye on Japanese artist Que Houxo for some time now. His work is painted live for an audience and is a riot of colour and chaotic brush strokes, beautifully synonymous with Tokyo – the city that features in so much of his work. Frenetic and bursting with colour, his paintings remind us of running about and dancing with wild abandon, and it was with this in mind that we invited him to a few lucky stores to paint – live – in our windows!

He took his brush to Westfield yesterday, and you’ll be able to see him there until Saturday, between 10:00 and 17:00. Next on his Topshop Tour is our iconic London flagship store on Oxford Street, where you catch Houxo in the act from 10:00 – 17:00 every day from Monday until Wednesday. We'll definitely be popping over, and if you get the chance to come down and watch, we’d really recommend it. The finished results are amazing, but seeing the magic unfold will be something else! Plus, where else can you liven up a Monday afternoon with a bit of live international art AND a spot of retail therapy!
