Last night, along with the wonderful Sarah Mower we held an intimate dinner at 34 to celebrate our 10th year of sponsoring NEWGEN! Although the food was scrumptious and the fashion tales flowing – everyone from Erdem Moralioğlu to Christopher Kane were in the celebratory spirit – the fun really began when we arrived at Mayfair club Le Baron for the party of all Fashion Week parties.

Now we may be a bit biased but we have to say that we’ve not seen the fashion pack have so much fun at a Fashion Week shindig for quite sometime. With the shows over, the style set really let their hair down and joined us in celebrating! Even before the amazing Azealia Banks took to the stage, the atmosphere was electric. When she arrived to do her set however – the whole place went absolutely wild. We were up-front of course dancing along to 212 like crazy women along with Lulu Kennedy and Jamie Pearlman who looked like they’re as in love with fashion’s favourite new rapper as much as we are!

The great thing was that even after Azelia finished her set, no one stopped dancing. Lou Hayter was on the decks playing all our favourite old school tunes (Destiny’s Child included) and every time we went to leave the dance floor, another great track came on. Peter and Christopher of Peter Pilotto fame were pulling some amazing shapes with the British Fashion Council’s Barbara Grispini while Ella Dror, Margot Bowman, Naomi Shimada and Alice Goddard created their very own power woman corner. We loved chatting to the ever-gorgeous Gala Gonzalez about Tumblr and thought Poppy Delevigne looked unbelievable in our sequin high-waist hotpants!

Over in the Topshop corner, the girls who work on Boutique and Unique danced away with the NEWGEN set! Louise Gray, looking amazing in Louise Gray AW12 had us all twirling – including the ever-lovely Christopher Kane who shares our hatred of having your picture taken on an iPhone! We didn’t want to the night to end but when it got to 2am, our feet made that decision for us. After running around in an array of ridiculous heels the whole of Fashion Week, they just couldn’t take anymore.
