We have a confession to make. We've got an office crush – and his name is Jack White III. Yesterday, the former White Stripes frontman released his debut solo album 'Blunderbuss' and we've been listening to it ever since. This album is downright incredible – fans of Jack's previous bands (including The Raconteurs and The Dead Weather, featuring our other style crush, Alison Mosshart) will not be disappointed.

Blunderbuss is a full-on barrage of bluesy rock n'roll, through which Jack vents his heartbreak over his divorce from the beautiful, goddess-like supermodel Karen Elson. They may have famously had a big party to celebrate their divorce (that's how they do it over in Tennessee, apparently) but Jack White is clearly still sore about it. He's a brilliant lyricist and an even more astounding guitarist – not to mention a highly intelligent man with an eye for design. He used to upholster furniture for a living and now he's one of the world's biggest rock stars – what an inspiration! Have a listen and let us know what you think.
