A naked man at Fashion Week? Not what we were expecting. NEWGEN designer Molly Goddard showed a stroke of genius yesterday by turning her first LFW presentation into a life drawing class!

Models showcased her AW15 collection while sketching at easels – an idea inspired by bohemian art students. “It’s about girls that went to the student ball the night before, haven’t slept, and come straight to class,” she told us. We don’t know what was more surprising – the nudity, or the models’ skill at sketching – very impressive!

But what about the clothes? When it comes to Molly Goddard, girly = cool. Her signature smock dresses may be sweet and pretty (all pinks, frills and metres of tulle) but they’re also full of attitude – worn this season ever so slightly dishevelled with clompy creepers and boiled wool knits underneath. It’s safe to say we fell in love with every outfit, from the drop-waist dress in rich mustard velvet to the pink taffeta smock skirt worn with a ’70s-style knitted vest. Where do we sign up for class?
