There’s really no one better than a native to guide us through Paris Fashion Week: the trends, the hangouts, even the chow between shows, they’re the mademoiselles in the know. Recently back from Bali and braving the cold for PFW, French blogger Adenorah has been oozing pared-down style for her stint at the shows – think tousled hair, big sunnies and a nod to the ’70s. But what’s in her Fashion Week survival kit? We chatted with Adenorah to find out how a real Parisian girl holds it together through the city’s biggest week of fashion.

What’s your key piece for Paris fashion Week ?

I love a one-colour outfit! Whether it’s bold, triple denim, fifty shades of grey or nude from head to toe. My must-have accessory is a fringed bag, without a doubt.

What shows are you looking forward to?

I would never miss Louis Vuitton’s catwalk, especially since the new creative director Nicolas Ghesquière jumped on board. He’s always inspiring!

Where do you hang out between two shows, any secret hot spots?

You’ll see me dining at the rooftop restaurant Le Perchoir or chilling out at Le Fantôme bar – it’s good for people watching there!

What do you listen to on your way to the shows?

Little Dragon totally gets me in the mood for the very long week ahead.

How do you keep your blood sugar levels while running from one show to another?

Maltesers! I could eat tons of them…
