The trends from London Fashion Week don’t stop at the catwalk. Some of our favourite looks this season were spotted

tailoring and shearling coats – here’s how to style this season’s hottest street style trends.
LACE TO LAYER
It wasn’t just the AW16 catwalks that were heavy on the lace
this season. Fashion editors experimented by layering lace
pieces in new, unexpected ways. Try a sheer dress over denim
or let the collars and cuffs of a statement shirt peep out from
under a chunky knit.
This season’s print of choice was most definitely the check.
Candy colours or primary brights were the colour palettes of
choice, worn over neutral polo necks and teamed with

The ‘90s bomber is still going strong, with a style move-on
from last season in the form of slogans, badges and patches.
Update a classic khaki-green jacket with monogramming
or dress up vintage denim with a stand-out satin style.
The off-duty model staple, the biker jacket, is still a fashion
week favourite but this season it’s had a luxe upgrade. Invest in
an oversized shearling aviator to dress-up everyday denim or
layer a fur-collared leather jacket over a silky day-to-night
