Personal Shopping Terms and Conditions

PERSONAL SHOPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

The Topshop Personal Shopper service ("Service") is available free of charge to eligible Topshop customers in-store by appointment only. By using the Service, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Participating stores shall use reasonable efforts to have an allocated Personal Shopper department for all appointments.

5. Appointments are subject to the availability of a Personal Shopper. Appointments will be confirmed by telephone or email.

6. Individual appointments are available during Topshop store opening hours for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 2 hours. Group bookings may be longer (up to 4 hours for up to 4 customers) at the discretion of the store. Please notify Topshop when additional persons will be accompanying the participating customer. Topshop may restrict the number of people allowed to accompany each participating customer at its discretion.

7. We request that disabled customers be accompanied by an adult who is able to assist the Personal Shopper. Customers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

8. Topshop is not responsible for personal items left in the Personal Shopper department during appointments (including items bought from Topshop). Customers assume all risk of loss of such personal items.

9. Topshop's normal refund policy will apply to any purchases made. This does not affect your statutory or other legal rights.

10. Personal Shoppers are available to give advice only. Customers are under no obligation to purchase any garments recommended by the Personal Shopper.

11. Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Customers may rebook their appointment using the telephone booking system.

12. Topshop reserves the right to cancel, terminate or refuse to schedule a Personal Shopper appointment for any reason in its sole discretion, including in circumstances outside of its control. Topshop may endeavour in its sole discretion to reschedule cancelled appointments with the customer at Topshop's earliest convenience.

13. Topshop reserves the right to cancel the Personal Shopper Service at any time or amend these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.

14. Any personal information that Topshop collects in connection with the Personal Shopper Service will be maintained in the strictest of confidence and in accordance with the Topshop Privacy Policy located at www.topshop.com. Topshop may contact you by email, post or telephone in order to update you about products, promotions or special offers which may be of interest to you as part of this service.

15. If any term of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid in whole or in part, that term shall be deleted and the validity of the remaining terms shall not be affected.

16. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOPSHOP DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SERVICES OR ADVICE PROVIDED, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE.

17. These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement of the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersede any prior written or oral agreements.
