Returns policy
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us by post, in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
For your convenience, UK and Republic of Ireland customers can go to your nearest Topshop store, excluding those in department stores, to make your return. Your dispatch note is required as proof of purchase.
Please note: Topshop stores in Australia, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and the USA, currently do not offer refunds or exchanges on any TOPSHOP.COM purchases, without exception. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
