The Body Butter You Can Make At Home In 5 Minutes

She shared an exclusive body butter recipe you can make at home in just five minutes, and we can’t wait to try it out…

50g avocado butter
50g shea butter
10g coconut oil
10 drops essential oils of choice (I like jasmine, tuberose oil, frankinsence, cedar wood, ylang ylang, geranium or vanilla
1 tbsp jojoba or walnut oil
20g arrowroot

1 – Fill a small saucepan with water and bring to the boil.
2 – Place a heatproof bowl on top of the saucepan (creating a double boiler), and add the avocado butter, shea butter and coconut oil. Whisk to combine.
3 – Once melted, remove from the heat and whisk in the essential oils and the jojoba or walnut oil. 4 – Pour into a shallow dish, a small bowl, a jar or another container with a lid and store in the fridge until set.

Simply scoop a little out of the pot with two to three fingers and apply all over the body, working in circular motions until it is rubbed into the skin fully.
