A vision board, also known as a dream board, is a powerful tool to manifest your life desires. It is all about the the law of attraction – what we believe creates a magnet to attract events, circumstances and opportunities. The best part about them is that they are very easy to do…

Before creating your vision board, you need to find out about your personal desires. Focus on yourself and ask yourself questions like: what do I want? what do I need? What do I value? How do I want to feel when those things are my reality? When it comes to the feelings, write down single emotion words like ‘free’, ‘joy’, ‘open’ etc. This will help you to collect images and quotes further in the process. Make sure to not only focus on things you want but on how you want to feel.

2. Gather the materials

At this step you go through magazines and cut images and words that inspire and motivate you. If you don’t find exactly what you are looking for, get creative and make your own. Print things from the internet, draw and try to handwrite your goals instead of typing them.

5. Create your board

Go through your collection and see which images and quotes actually invoke the feeling under your intention. Then attach your favourites to the board and get creative – there is no right or wrong. Think about whether you prefer seeing your finished vision board often or pulling it out at select times. Either way it is your personal visual reminder of what you really want in life and focusing on this can help you to make the things actually happen.
