This is not an easy time for anyone and as the situation continues to evolve, we are taking steps to ensure the welfare of our employees by closely monitoring the changing Government guidelines and following them accordingly.
The health and safety of our customers, employees and communities remains our first priority so, as the situation develops, we are making a number of changes to the way we operate. Here is everything you need to know...
CHANGES TO STORES
All Topshop stores are currently closed until further notice however Topshop.com remains open around the clock, so you can continue to shop from home.
CHANGES TO DELIVERY
Whilst our stores are currently closed, we are unable to offer Standard and Express Delivery to Store but you can select from one of our delivery options to your home or local ParcelShop, with free delivery on all UK orders. If you’d currently prefer contactless delivery and would like your order left in a safe place, leave us a note at checkout.
CHANGES TO RETURNS
Returns to store are currently unavailable. For in store purchases we’re extending our returns policy by 14 days once our stores reopen. For online orders we're extending our returns policy to within 45 days of receipt.
